Spring has come here, finally.🌸🌸

Cherry Blossoms in my town

As you saw my post and reels on my Instagram, I went to the shopping mall at the day, and went to the Gwanaglli beach at the night. 

Honestly these days, I have sleep problems, but I just went out to get refreshed. 

They held the ‘balcony concert’ at the beach.

And recently in Busan, the air quality is not good. Usually it is so good in Busan, meanwhile it is the worst in Seoul, because Seoul is closer to the China. Especially Spring season is the worst, because the wind direction is changed from west to the east, meaning China to Korea in Korea Peninsula. 

This is also the main reason why I moved to Busan from Seoul : The air quality. 

Busan is like to me, a heaven, having good quality of air, and mild temperature.👌

I miss the culture of Gangnam, Seoul so much sometimes, but considering these aspects, Busan is good enough for me.. yet.(Later? I don’t know. I might come back to Seoul).  

But for a few days, Busan was not that good either, but will be better soon here. 

That’s why I never take off my mask when I’m outside. I wear a mask all the time, even before the COVID-19 pandemic, (especially when I lived in Seoul). The most hated smells for me are cigarette smoke and air pollution. (I jog and work out outside and at the gym with a mask all the time. Am I such a geek?)

Okay, now let’s cut to the chase. This 8th newsletter is for the script of the story, called “Secret Wish”, I mentioned before. 

As I mentioned before, my recent EP album ‘Hidden Heart’, it is an album that expresses the feeling of being in love but unable to confess one's love because of the feelings of shyness and being afraid of losing the friendship.💖💕

The story is between the best friends, just like my new song, “Secret Wish”. In the song, she says that she loves her best friend, but can’t confess her feelings to him, because she might ruin the friendship.

Okay, now I will attach the first scene, Episode1 here, as I shared only a part of Episode1 in my previous letter.

Oh, the next episode script? I don’t know when I can share it. Because I have other plans, also I need your ‘feedback’ about this script thing.

Secret Wish (Script)

Suhyuk: male, in his 20s.

Seyoung: female, in her 20s.

Youngji: Suhyuk and Seyoung’s friend, female.

#1. At the Park (Day)

Music : “Hidden Heart” (Click & Read)

It's midday at a small park nestled in the heart of the city, brimming with the springtime air. Blossoms of spring flowers and cherry blossoms bloom all around. People are enjoying the spring day, taking photos in front of the cherry blossoms with joyful expressions. A young girl happily runs around with a large cotton candy in hand. Then, two figures walk along. It's Suhyuk and Seyoung, each holding an iced coffee.

Suhyuk: (looking at the sky) The weather's nice.

The clear blue sky, with not a cloud in sight, peeks through the branches of cherry blossoms.

Seyoung: (looking up) Yeah... it is nice.

Seyoung's voice lacks conviction. Suhyuk glances sideways at her, his gaze warm as he looks at her. But he doesn't say much.

Then, as Seyoung gazes at the sky for a while and lowers her head, feeling dizzy, she staggers, and Suhyuk quickly grabs her arm.

Suhyuk: (swiftly embracing Seyoung) Hey, be careful!

Seyoung: Sorry... I felt dizzy.

Suhyuk: Are you okay?

Seyoung: Yeah. I'm fine. (Seeing some of the coffee spilled on the ground) Oh, what a waste of coffee...

Suhyuk: (looking at a nearby bench) Let's go sit over there.

They sit on the bench and place their iced coffees between them.

Suhyuk: Too much work yesterday? 

Seyoung: (sighs softly) No...

Suhyuk: Just take it easy, whatever you do...

Seyoung: Yeah...

Suhyuk: Should we head back now?

Seyoung: No... (looking around the park) I like it here. (looking at Suhyuk) It's even better with you...

Suhyuk's expression is meaningful, but he remains silent.

Then, a couple walked by, the man's arm wrapped around the woman.

Seyoung: Let's try something like that too. When should we do it?

Suhyuk: (smiling)

Seyoung: Let's go. What should we eat?

As Seyoung gets up, she picks up her iced coffee, but it turns out to be Suhyuk's, which has more coffee in it.

Suhyuk: (rising abruptly) Hey, that's mine!

Seyoung: (smiling) I know.

She brings the straw to her mouth without hesitation and starts sipping the coffee.

Suhyuk: (surprised) Hey, that's what I was drinking...!

Seyoung: (smiling) So? (puts the straw back in)

Suhyuk: (lunging) Give it back. It's mine.

Seyoung: (running away) No!

As Suhyuk tries to retrieve the coffee, Seyoung dodges and evades him playfully. They end up entangled, and when Seyoung hides the coffee within her embrace, Suhyuk tries to grab it from behind without hesitation. Seyoung continues to enjoy her coffee while evading Suhyuk's attempts.

Meanwhile, two middle-aged women pass by, watching the scene.

Woman 1: Ah... What a delightful sight.

Woman 2: (Smiling)Yes indeed..

When the women notice them, the two stop in embarrassment.

Woman 1: (to Suhyuk) Take good care of her. Your girlfriend, right?

Suhyuk: Huh..?

Woman 1: She's your girlfriend, isn't she?

Suhyuk: Oh, she's not...

Seyoung: (interrupting) Yes, she is. He's my boyfriend.

Woman 1: Yeah, I knew it. You two look perfect together.

Woman 2: Indeed. He's handsome, and she's pretty.

Seyoung: We match well, don't we? (linking her arm with Suhyuk's)

Woman 1, 2: You do indeed. You look so good together.

Seyoung: (delighted) Thank you! (smiles)

The women continue on their way.

Seyoung disengages from Suhyuk's arm with a swaggering gesture.

Suhyuk: What's gotten into you...?

Seyoung: Why...? I feel so good. Let’s go. What should we eat? (lifting the empty cup) It's filled with water. I'm hungry. Let's go.

Suhyuk briefly watches Seyoung's back as she walks ahead, his gaze warm.
